What did you like best about this book?

The writing is sophisticated, imbued with Mr. Rabello’s passion for telling a thrilling tale. The book is well structured in a way it confronts and grapples with a host of formidable plot obstacles and interpersonal relationships while telling a speculative tale of high adventure. The author writes an engaging narrative of his protagonists’ heroic struggle, and the imagined universe elements are well integrated. Brenna and the other characters, both the heroes and the villains, are, individually and collectively, certainly strong enough to carry this narrative, which prompts the readers’ interest in always wanting to know what will happen next. Compulsively readable.”
